These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for the National Day of Science, Technology, and Innovation organized by the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation in Cambodia. By completing the registration process, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Registration Process To attend the event, visitors must register in advance via the designated registration platform.
The following information must be provided:
• Name* • Age* • Gender* • Type of Institution (Government/Company/School/Other) *
• Name of Institution (Government/Company/School/Other) *
• Position (Enterpreneur/Senior Management/Middle Management/Staff/Student/Other) *
• Email • Phone Number*
• How did you receive event information?* Fields marked with (*) are mandatory and must be filled out accurately.
2. Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation reserves the right to verify the information provided and may refuse entry to individuals found to have submitted false information.
3. Confirmation of Registration Upon successful registration, you will receive QR code, and if you provide your email address, your will also receive a confirmation email containing details regarding the event, including date, time, venue, and any additional instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided during registration is correct and up to date.
4. Personal Data Protection The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Any information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. By registering for the event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.
